I love food and throughout my life struggled with finding the right balance and what worked best for me. I’m sure others can relate! Through time, trial and error, education, and execution I finally did it! I found the perfect diet for me. 

What was the magic pill you may ask? 

It was eating what I love to eat and shushing up every gimmick and trick that the media forces you to believe. Meals packed with the proper proportions of recommended proteins, carbs, and fats, which are masked behind a tasty exterior. 

EUREKA!

Not only that, failing to plan is planning to fail. Simplicity is key. Easy is key. Make this a part of your lifestyle, as the term “diet” alone implies that it has an end date.
